My Background

As a new mother, I prioritized my newborn over sleep, hot showers, and healthy meals. That worked…until it didn’t. One day, as I stared dazedly into the fridge in search of a new approach (or at least some chocolate), it came to me: caring for myself was what enabled me to care for others. And nothing would change until I made myself a priority. 

Once I started planning, my life went from chaotic to calm—well, as calm as it gets with a baby around. Since nothing on the market quite worked for me, I created the Self-Care & Lifestyle Planner. The goal is simple: for you to pick up a pen, give your mind room to breathe, and put yourself first for even a few minutes a day.

The Origin Behind The Self-Care & Lifestyle Planner

Back in 2017, I got this funny seed of an idea to create a self-care & lifestyle planner that put YOUR health first. 

Most planners were (and still are) all about schedules and meetings, but what about the essential elements that fuel our best selves in work, business, career, and relationships?

I'm talking about the fundamental stuff: sleep, nutrition, movement, emotional well-being... You name it.

After working with tons of clients who had goals and aspirations, reading up on all the greats (athletes, artists, entrepreneurs) who were leading their fields or titans in their industries... 

I could see the difference between those who had goals and aspirations vs. those who GOT their GOALS & ACHIEVED their ASPIRATIONS... it was so simple yet so profound. It was having a plan. 

Fast forward, I wondered how this concept could transform the paradigm in our health and well-being fields and potentially the world. 

What if we prioritize our health first? 

Could we achieve our goals? Can we change the trajectory from illness and disease to health and wellness? 

The answer? Absolutely! I've witnessed incredible transformations, both personally and professionally, simply by implementing a straightforward yet powerful planning process tailored to individual lifestyles.
