As a brand new mom, wife, and business owner, I found myself stretched way too thin, burning out while prioritizing everyone else's needs over my own. With an autoimmune disease flaring up, sleepless nights, and the temptation to binge on social media or overindulge in wine and work, I felt the painful disconnect of not practicing what I preached.
In a moment of inspiration, I grabbed a napkin and started jotting down the ideas that would become this planner. I realized that structure gives us freedom. Yes! I needed structure in my life. I craved guidance—something I felt I was missing. It became clear that I had to gift myself this support.
