The Best Vegan Hot Chocolate

'Tis the season to sip some warm chocolatey goodness! This is my very own twist on Swiss Miss (without all the fillers and preservatives). I was craving hot coco one day and with only 3 ingredients whipped up this delicious vegan, gluten and non-dairy treat.
- Prep: 5 mins
- Cook: 10 mins
- Yields: 1 cup
1In a sauce pan, pour in milk.
2Turn heat to medium.
3Add cocoa powder and monk fruit.
F.A.B. Tip: Feel free to add monk fruit to taste for a sweeter drink.
Feel free to mix it up and add extra ingredients like cayenne to get it a zip, or cinnamon, vanilla etc...
I also love to add some of my new favorite Marshmallows, called Smashmallows. They come in all different flavors including Peppermint, Chocolate Chip Mint and Cookie Dough. They're gluten free but not vegan.
