Fermented Grapefruit Juice

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups fresh squeezed grapefruit juice

1 cup filtered water

1/2 tsp culture starter or 2 Tbsp whey

Pinch of sea salt

Directions

1Pour juice and water into quart size mason jar

2Add culture starter or whey

3Add pinch of salt

4Cover tightly, give a quick shake to mix and leave at room temperature for 24-48 hours

5Refrigerate and enjoy!

Be sure to open carefully as gases build up during fermentation!
