Elyse herself is a Certified Nutritionist, positive psychology professional, author, and an expert in the fields of Health Coaching and Functional Medicine.
She founded The Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA) in collaboration with the Institute for Functional Medicine, which trains health coaches in Functional Medicine and Positive Psychology.
Elyse also co-wrote the book Functional Medicine Coaching and is the creator of the Feel FAB Planner, a guided approach to planning and achieving health and happiness. She is a born and raised Chicago girl, a mother, and a lover of nutritious foods and positive behavior change.

Ginny also brings a wealth of diverse experience, including decades of experience in marketing and a graduate degree in Executive Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
