Empowered eating is something I am incredibly passionate about sharing with you and it feels especially relevant during the holiday season.

This can be a season filled with fun; but for many people it can mean stress and overwhelm, too (raise your hand if you feel me on this)

And I don’t know about you…

But between all the yummy holiday food and the possible stress that comes along too, it can be really easy to overeat to the point of bursting!
