Elyse Wagner helps you create health that's
You spend so much of your life caring for others that it’s easy to feel depleted if someone’s not pouring into you too. The first step in owning your health and finding sustainable happiness is getting your own health coach who can help you:
“It is all because of you that I actually love myself and feel great! … I hired [Elyse] as my health coach and have learned so much about myself, things I needed to release, cooking ideas, and now I am helping others.”
– Lauren C.
Functional Medicine is an individualized, patient-centered, science-based approach to healthcare that looks beyond just resolving your symptoms. The focus is on identifying why illness occurs, so you can address the root causes and restore your health.
The Elyse Wagner team is always focused on holistic, wellness-based approaches to health and happiness, which makes Functional Medicine the perfect fit with our philosophy.
Our coaches know there’s more to a healthy lifestyle than fad diets and unsustainable exercise regimens. There’s a gap between what you know you need to do to be healthy and the motivation you need to actually make and sustain those changes.
Our coaches bridge that gap.

Do you know how to stop burnout? For real?
This is where many compassionate, empathetic mamas get stuck.
Like Ashley, a stay at home mom who’s doing it all and wants to find a way to implement self-care into her daily routine.
Empowering, right? But you know what else your self-care plan needs to be?
Easy. Simple. And fun!
Think self-care needs to be a full day at the spa?
One of the biggest concerns I hear is not having any time to implement self-care, let alone an entire day to devote to it.
So why not make it simple, easy and something that feels good?
What if all it took was 60-seconds?
